Worst apartment EVER!
Please read if you lot are considering to live here. First off 1 star rating is still too high of a rating, I wish I had the option of no star. These apartment are by far the worst apartments I have e'er lived in, I moved here over a twelvemonth agone and it was roach infested, there were so many roaches to the signal where everytime you lot walk to the kitchen and bathrooms they filled the floor and cabinets. So the pest command company they used didn't work, I had to remove everything out of my kitchen and bathroom cabinets several times for a service that didn't piece of work , and if we reject the service because of the hassle, Then they charge you lot a $75 fee and tell you they volition reschedule it and that it has to be washed regardless, they would as well send someone to your door a day before to make sure you cleared eveything out. Then the style the apartment is set up is that you tin can smell everything that goes on in the side by side door and downstairs apartment. Everyone that lives hither smokes weed and I judge I was the but non smoker, everytime I came home my apartment spelled like weed, then when I turned on the A/C or heater, the odor would blow through the vents and also come out of the cabinet where the water heater goes. I had to buy my own pest command supplies and caulking to seal every scissure in the apartment so no smells or roaches resurfaced. Then the plumbing was an upshot! Soon as you turn the h2o on it had a foul smell, everytime you turn around they're shutting the water off. You can't go on nothing on the balcony or they serve yous a detect to motion out if you didn't remove the items from the balcony. And then recently effectually March 2019 they take been allowing this stupid towing company to tow anybody's car, and the manager would call and requite them full access to the apartment to tow away visitors cars and who always else they felt similar, in social club for your visitor to park in Company PARKING they notwithstanding needed a permit which only could be given during business organization hours, so if yous had a visitor to stop past at night and so their motorcar would accept to exist parked on the street or it would be towed away, the towing company came every few hours to run into who they can tow away. the building is former and falling apart they have a termite problem that have never been taken care of. I seriously would not advise anyone to live here not even my worst enemy. Thanks for reading.

Roaches everywhere!!
These apartments are infested with roaches! My charter will exist upward in a month and I can't wait to move my family out of here. My neighbors accept the aforementioned problem with the roaches besides.

Function Staff Is Rude
I called to become info about an apartment and schedule an appointment and the agent that answered was very rude and showed no involvement in even meeting with me. I asked her if I could schedule an appointment to tour the community grounds even though in that location were no vacant units to see and she said "well you tin drive by if you want to just wait at the community". Um cheers. I'll accept my business elsewhere.
